• How does PurseHand work?
• Gravity. The PurseHand's unique patented design centers the weight of your bag. A thin vinyl pad on the underside of the hand provides added traction, so regardless of the contour or texture of the surface, the PurseHand always stays put.
• How long does delivery usually take?
• Each PurseHand is individually made per your order. We can usually get your order out within 24 hours. The orders are shipped via USPS (unless you specify otherwise). Delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 days, depending on how close you are to us (we’re located in New York).
• How much weight The PurseHand does really hold?
• The PurseHand is the strongest purse hook on the market. It’s made of stainless steel and can hold up to 75 pounds. In our experiments we kept adding more and more weigh, but our solid wooden table started to wiggle, so we stopped at 75.
• Can you really get germs and bacteria from your bag?
• On our home page, we have a link to a story on Good Morning America. Microbiologist Chuck Gerba highlighted the fact that women put their bags on all sorts of restaurant and waiting room floors, even restrooms. Why are we surprised that those bags transport millions of harmful microbes, including E-Coli to our homes? You wouldn’t throw your coat on the floor, so why your purse?
